The picture comes protected in cardboard but it got dented during shipping. Shipper dropped it on the side and dented the photo. With the photo being metal, it's glossy and the dent would show a noticeable reflection when viewing at a certain angle. Warning: Long post, but I feel its important elaborate and provide a honest review. I originally sent in a picture that wasn't the greatest of quality. My camera takes pretty good pictures (also a fairly high resolution when pics are downloaded/taken/viewed).
