I am having issues with a different order from Lucky Four. I tell you this because their costumer service is top notch. If something happens to an order you have. Have confidence that they will make it right.

the only thing one watch had the little tool with it the other did not have anything in its box so I don't feel I can give it to the other son.

Great watch for a great price! I am impressed, not only with the watch but, with the customer service - any questions I had were answered in a timely manner… Unfortunately had to wait slightly longer than expected, but the helpful and friendly service made up for it… I wear this watch often! We bought this watch as a gift for our grandson and he loves it. However we felt that it took so long for him to get it. I realize the mail can be difficult. But it took at least 12-14 days to get to him. Thank you.

This watch I love unfortunately the date part does not work on the watch. There is nothing in your information for me to reach out contact anybody get a refund get it switched out.

The rose gold mated with the root beer face is so nice. I love the look of this watch. As with any Lucky Fours watch the movement works right, tells time correctly, and is a pleasure to wear.

This is the second watch I purchased and matches the first one but in a different color. It too keeps perfect time, and I do like the feel of it on my wrist.

This not a dupe for the Solawave bc it is actually THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT without a brand name slapped on it. It works perfectly and my skin looks amazing from it.

Everything went perfect. The tool to remove links broke though so I'll have to go to a jewelry store to get a link or 2 removed but other than that I'm more than satisfied

Yo, the watches were a Christmas gift for my mother and sister, and they both liked them very much. They look good and feel good. The only slightly disappointing thing was the tool to resize the watches. I had to buy another tool from Amazon because the one that came with the watches didn’t work properly and even broke. With the Amazon tool, everything worked easily. The only thing I would suggest is investing in a better resizing tool. Otherwise, great watches.

Very happy of my purchase. The delivery was on point. The packaging is like a luxury stuff so it's feel "good" haha. The watches are really beautiful and conform to the website. I highly recommend.

This was a Christmas gift for my son. Although Shipping took a little longer that expected, it arrived in perfect condition. I appreciated the tool sent for link removal for a perfect fit. The quality and fit was perfect. I would absolutely order from here again.

This watch feels like a much more costly affair. It is well made, it is comfortable, and it has a great look. The little tool for removing the pins was easy to use, allowing me to size it to fit my wrist.

Great quality, every time I wear it I get complements on the Icey color, terrific pricing, easy to adjust length as long as you got the kit with it, no complaints

I like it. The tool that was to take out links to size the watch broke almost immediately and I had to go to a jeweller to size the watch, but I really like the watch

Great gift! The link remover wasn’t very helpful as it bent while resizing. We ended up ordering a kit off of amazon to finish resizing. Other than that, great quality and fiancè loves them

i get alot of compliments on this watch! i was sitting next to my boss at xmas dinner, n she lives for high end products, n she noticed it immediately! She told me how much she loved my watch! Everyone loves the color, definitely a crowd favorite anywhere i go !

Watches are dope, just don’t waste money on priority shipping. It comes when it comes. But aside from that the watches are super cool. Did not expect them to be this good. Great product !

One I loved the buy one get one free deal it was a shock to my dad when I gave him two watches. Second they were fancy ones too. Good size and just really a high quality watch in general.

Good quality watch. Tool to adjusts band was not the best quality and both broke easy that came with my watches. That was the only downside but not the watches themselves. I went to a local watch battery kiosk in the mall and they adjusted my 2 watch bands as they have proper tools to do so.

Solid product! Definitely would recommend and let others know they can feel confident when ordering. Not one of those gimmick bubble gum products when you receive it and your like I can’t wait to send this back and let others know this seller or site is bogus. Appreciate the experience

Stunning looking watch that looks nearly exact to the expensive brand it made to look like. Definitely needs a better quality band but for the price it’s exceptional. Definitely have been told multiple times that it looks great.

This watch stayed on my wrist as I fought a Russian nationalist in a gun fight, in an alley way, in an undisclosed location. The watch room direct fire but remained unfazed. The battle was lost but the war was won. Without the watch….i don’t think I’m alive to tell the tale.

Both watches are beautiful and look much more expensive than they are. The design and overall quality really impressed me. The only downside was that the small adjustment screw included to resize the band was broken, which made fitting the watch a bit difficult.

It is truly an elegant, classy & well crafted watch! The only difference I noticed between the Gold Pearl Santos & the Oblivion Santos is that after removing one link from each side of the band on both watches as directed, the Gold Pearl is still a tad bit loose in comparison to the Oblivion which fits perfectly. But no real complaints & I look forward to ordering more watches VERY soon!

Overall experience was great. These watches are slick. Small and fit my entire wardrobe. The only issue that I had was the pin remover broke on me so I had to pay a resize fee of $12 at Fred Meyer jeweler.

I got one for my dad and using bogo I managed to get one for myself!! They both turned out to be amazing! Look great and feel light and effortless!
