The Blue Moki arrived by courier within 23 hours, it was well wrapped in a greaseproof paper and then plain white paper. It was packed together with my other purchases in a polystyrene box and with ice bags in the box to keep it fresh.
The fish itself was a very big fillet and was very good eating, simply pan fried in Breadcrumbs.
A worthwhile purchase and a happy customer.

Regarding our whitebait delivery the ice was all on top of the whitebait. We think ice should have been underneath the whitebait as well as the whitebait had started to thaw even tho it was delivered early morning. There was still plenty of ice in the box. Cheers Adelma
