The quality of the knife was beyond what I expected. This knife is solid built , the blade holds a shrap edge. unfortunately the customer service and shipping is the worst I've ever experienced. I have ordered from them twice both times paying for the faster shipping. Both times experienced a delay in order prep and shipping. After talking to customer service both times was only left with the same apology.

I currently use a silver Elite's edge as my daily but I'm thinking of switching to the OTF cuz of how much easier it is to use. I would not recommend getting if you have no knife experience however.
