I am trying to get rid of fluoride products and wanted to try the charcoal powder which has mint crystals in it which is a great added bonus but I didn’t realize how messy it is. You definitely need to be careful because it is messy to the point I can’t have a light colored shirt on and your sink will be messy after spitting it out. I do like how it comes in a mason jar and the label on top clearly states the ingredients the only drawback is I would prefer a label of instructions how to consume or how much to consume and what is the recommended dosage you can definitely taste the vinegar, apple cider, and the pepper in it It did make my chest quite warm after consuming it wasn’t a fan of the taste, but don’t receive it at a perfect time of. I am getting a cold.
