I had so much fun being able to try for different types of caviar. I know nothing about caviar so this gave me somewhere to start. You certainly get something more on the lower end up to the higher end. Good sampling to try. The crème fraîche tasted just like sour cream. It was not the same as the one in the photo. This tasting kit was great & I appreciate that it included all I needed to try caviar for the first time. I wish it had included another real caviar, as opposed to the Salmon Roe. I’ve had that many times & was a bit disappointed that was the fourth option. Everything else was fantastic & I enjoyed it very much.
