I've tried Osetra from a few different suppliers. I was excited to try from Cavi as I saw a video stating they were founded in Miami/South FL. The best caviar I've had is from a reputable provider in FL. The worst caviar supplier I've tried came from NY, the caviar was mushier, the pearls didn't pop. Disappointing, Cavi ships from NY. It wasn't bad, it wasn't excellent, it was mid.

This is confusing. Am I rating Cavi or the package protection? Cavi delivery got stuck in TN for days and everything was warm by the time it arrived several days late (I even scheduled it to arrive 2 days ahead of when I needed it). So savedby helped, but it still sucks that I planned this for special occasion, had to scramble to get local caviar at the last minute, and am out $5 with nothing to show for it. Cavi should do more to ensure customers are satisfied when things like this happen.
