Only used it twice so far and it is so cool! Holds my bottle so I don't have to use the gym's cup holders or leave any of my stuff on the floor. My only suggestion is to add some loops or some mechanicism to hang stuff on the outside like larger sets of keys or if your ear Buds are in a case with a carabiner.
