I'm in the process of making the pillow cases. They will be a hostess gift for a niece and her husband, where we will be staying while Edmonton, Alberta. I like the feel of the fabric and the color selections. They are going together very nicely.

My pillow kit just arrived today. It is just as expected, the fabrics looking as pretty as the photo on the shop website! It can be so disappointing if the colors don't look the same as seen online. The kit is packaged well so as not to be damaged in shipping.

I loved my free gift—which was a pumpkin pattern I would actually make! The fabrics were beautiful and nicely packaged. I think it is so nice that you give a fat eighth of the material actually used in the kit, rather than some random, excess fabric. I enjoy shopping with Simple Stitches!

I ordered strawberry lemonaid from Missouri Star and it indicated it was in stock. After 10 days i hadto call and i was told sorry it was out of stock yet they billed my account. This is the prettiest, cutest fabric and I can hardly wait to get started making the pillow!!! I know I’m going to get lots of compliments at our Easter family get-together and I KNOW my daughter is going to want one. The great thing is the pattern can be used in any fabric for any occasion. As soon as I received the pattern, I started this project. Turned out super cute....added outside borders to make it fit a 20" pillow form that I had. Absolutely LOVE it! Can't wait to give it to my DIL as one of her birthday gifts. It is her favorite color, she loves having something in her bag to write notes, make list etc. The pin holder loops are perfect for always having a pen right where you need it AND locks the notebook closed. I'll be buying another one.
