My bedroom has more rose and coral colors, so I replaced two of the blue strips with a green strip and pink strip that I had from another My Sew Quilty Life collection/project. Then I used the leftover fabrics to make a second coordinating pillow. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the that I had to go on-line to get the pattern from another web site and had to figure out how to download the bunny and heart patterns and get the right size since I don’t have a Cricut. It wasn’t hard....

This was a totally fun project. I incorporated the cruise ship cross stitch I recently completed into your tote pattern. I’m a quilter so enjoyed the piecing aspect of this project. Directions were clear and easy to follow. I wasn’t sure about the zipper process but in the end it was a nice solution. My problem showed itself when I was ready to sew the bag together. I miss read the cutting directions and cut only 1 base piece. It was obvious that there was no way this was going to work. ...
