We always use Serious Tissues loo roll, tissues and kitchen roll in trying to keep our single use plastic use to a minimum.

Doing a good job with improvements to managing orders. Think the toilet rolls been improved too - much stronger. Please keep it up.

Tissues arrived just in time as cold have arrived.the laundry sheets are amazing and the laundry bag has yet to be tested !

This batch of serious toilet tissues seem to be better quality, better colour (not so grey). Really pleased with them. Arrived on time -recommended.

Easy to use order management. Appreciate that individual rolls aren’t wrapped - it’s really convenient. Seem to get different quality of toilet tissue on every order - some deliveries are really think and coarse, others softer and much thinner. Would appreciate consistency, but overall satisfied with our subscription.

Nice paper, soft feel. Recycled and no plastic wrapping. You can easily alter delivery if you want to delay or speed it up. Good sized rolls.

It doesn't seem that soft to me, to be honest; more paper than tissue. But I like the fact that it’s made in the UK from recycled paper, and not transported half way around the world.

We’ve been using Serious tissues for a while now and whilst they are a bit narrower than other more mainstream toilet rolls they are the best quality eco ones we have come across and with the bonus they are now 3ply. Plus love the fact they come from UK and not half way around the world!

I just love the toilet paper. I have tried toilet paper from other companies, but Serious tissues is definitely the best.

I had a very weird experience in that I placed my order using my personal email address, and paid with Paypal which is linked to my husband's email address. My advice is - don't do that, it confuses their system. As for the toilet rolls themselves, they certainly seem far softer, and thicker, than the recycled toilet rolls we are currently using, and I will certainly be placing a further order. But not paying with Paypal!

Loo roll, was fine BUT I found the box almost impossible to get into! I had to attack it with my heavy duty kitchen scissors, and it took me about 5 minutes hard work to get into it. I was putting such a lot of force on it that I was worried about cutting myself. I've had loo roll from serious tissues before and haven't had this problem, the box opened fine before.

Really love the fact that this paper is made in the UK. There is no unnecessary packaging. The paper is soft and strong.

The toilet roll is great. Ordering system is good and easy to amend the delivery time which is helpful. My one criticism with this current order is you’ve changed the boxes, now an awkward size and doesn’t fit in the space I have!!!! I’ve had to decant them to the old box. A minor issue but inconvenient!
