Perfectly good toilet roll! From memory, it feels no different to recycled rolls that I've previously used. I would like to be more accurate but that's such a long time in the past that I've forgotten and I've no wish to buy the recycled rolls to test the theory.

Love the kitchen rolls but not so keen on the toilet rolls. We switched to these because they were more locally sauced rather than the previous brand we were using that are shipped form abroad. But the loos rolls lasted a fraction. Of the time compared to the other brand. We got through them so quickly which is a shame!

The product is and has been great for years. But if the product doesn’t reach the customer in good condition this doesn’t help. My last order was dumped outside my front door on a wet matt and rained upon. So the box was soaked and the rolls damp. The reply I received upon my complaint was a templated one applicable to any complaint which doesn’t give me the reassurance that next time I order the product will reach me in good condition. So rethinking if I ever order again.

Love my Serious tissues. However I thought I was being clever by moving my delivery date as we were away. But it was the dispatch date rather than delivery. It was duly delivered while we were away. Unfortunately the delivery person did not shut the porch door firmly enough, resulting in it blowing open and the rain coming in. The product is excellent but I struggle with the subscription scheme and the new box size - I cannot get 45 rolls into the available storage in my house! I was unable to check my emails for a vew days and so missed the chance to canel my most recent delivery, This was unfortunate as I still had most of the previous box. I do find the short time between the coming soon email and the point of no return is a problem.

I've been getting this product for years now, and I think the quality has actually improved. I like the simplicity of the system and the fact that these do not rely on the import of a product (bamboo) from half way round the world. To me, this is more eco-friendly; the system seems to be as small as it can be. Also I have a septic tank, and with these tissues I don't have to think about any chemical content. Happy customer.

I now only order my toilet rolls from serious tissues as I believe it is good for the environment. My only issue was the delivery by royal mail who threw them over my gate and didn't tell me, so they were damp when I found them the following day, I reported it to serious tissues, who were very helpful.

Quite a compliment because it means that there's no reason not to use it ( I found it was a bit too thin and tore easily with previous batches ). Apart from the price; but that's of course true for other more ethical products... Well done !
