The toilet paper is good quality. It is soft and strong and has a nice firm texture. quality. I like that I get notification of the next delivery a few days before and that it is easy to change the delivery date if necessary.

Love the Serious Laundry sheets....they smell great and are really good for those delicate and hand wash items as well as regular washing. Take up very little space if you have limited storage room and make you feel good about reducing our impact on the planet.

If you are after proper eco friendly loo paper Serious Tissues is tge one to go to. A recycled product, produced in this country (so no air/sea miles). It’s also very good loo paper and kitchen roll.

I love the fact that Serious Tissues are good for the environment and made in the UK. This new 3 ply tissue is soft and strong as well. Thank you Serious!

I like the card box they come in and no excess wrappings. It's great that it's made from recycled paper and not bamboo. The extra environmental projects Serious Tissues supports is another reason we buy these products.

The rolls received this delivery are vastly superior in quality from the previous batch we got! They are very luxurious, soft and thick. The box that they arrived in was damaged but toilet rolls all intact.

I have been very happy with the quality of 2 ply toilet tissue from Serious Tissues but the 3 ply is excellent! So strong but soft without the excess fluff that the likes of Andrex produces. Excellent product in every way!

Regarding the toilet rolls… what’s not to love? Recycled paper for a bummy job, recycled and recyclable packaging and the planting of trees. But, Royal Mail courier left my box late in the evening, behind some bushes and made no attempt to ring the doorbell, knock on the door, or leave the box in our unlocked porch. I didn’t even get a message with a photo to say where it was left. Fortunately no rain overnight, so a lucky outcome.

Great to support a company that plants a tree for every loo roll we use, and the paper is recycled and from the UK plus delivered to your door at a reasonable price. What's not to like!

Really happy with the toilet paper, it lasts us a long time and nice to know it is recycled. Subscription communication is really good, we normally end up delaying our delivery a month to get through the last lot.

After lots of research I decided on this company because it's made in the UK from recycled paper not bamboo that has to be shipped from China. We buy in bulk to reduce deliveries and the box informs me that it has planted enough trees to account for 11% of my annual carbon footprint....clever box. The box will also contribute by suppressing weeds at the allotment once it's empty. And I never have to fight over toilet rolls at the supermarket whenever snow is forecast. Win-win, really.

I was looking for a sustainable toilet roll but one that was strong and didn’t require the chopping down more trees or processing chemicals as with bamboo. I’m genuinely very impressed with these products- the toilet roll and the tissues. The kitchen roll is also very good though it could be thicker. Well done to this company.

Great quality, thick toilet rolls with embossing. Delivered quickly in a simple box with no other unnecessary packaging. I have on subscription and I can alter this easily if we look to be running out. They arrive quickly too!

Recommended. Excellent quality, value and service and crucially supporting UK manufacturing business & jobs too. Consider that against alternative product's claims when they are made & shipped half way across the world....

Loo roll doesn't need to be coloured, perfumed, individually wrapped, packed in plastic or imprinted with cute animals. This loo roll does exactly what is required without a lot of unnecessary nonsense. I'm happy with this product and I will definitely be reordering.

Over time the quality of the paper has improved immensely and is on a par with any commercial producers, such as Andrex. Obviously its environmental credentials give it the edge, but its durability, value and effectiveness make it competitive. This has been a journey and I’m very pleased I stayed the course! My order arrived very quickly and I was kept informed of its journey. I have ordered these toilet rolls several times previously and am happy with the quality. I particularly like the fact that they are manufactured in this country and not far away thus reducing their carbon footprint.

The loo roll is very good quality, not flimsy like some I have tried. I like the fact that it does nt come from China as this would not be environmentally friendly

Love the fact that the toilet paper is made from recycled paper and no trees are cut down and also your competitors cannot say this as they are made from trees and their carbon footptint is so high ax their products are made overseas. Been using this product for a while and the latest version is a definite improvement. Thicker and a nice texture makes it feel premium. Works very well with Wype gel to have a wet wipe experience without it actually being a harmful wet wipe.

These always make the washing clean a smell so lovely (without being an overpowering scent). Copes with everything from muddy football kits to white wools and satins. Having the subscription service means I always have them available, even when the wash pile seems never ending! Can highly recommend.

I was really pleased when these became available again. They are good kitchen rolls and makes much more sense for the planet. Made from recycled paper without any unnecessary extra packaging.

I am very impressed! Serious Tissues tick all the boxes. Soft. Strong. Made in the UK. Eco friendly. I would definitely recommend. I had been buying bamboo products and was not really happy that either the product or the raw material came all the way from China.

We have been using Serious tissues for a couple of years, the tissue quality is good, the orders are sent monthly, or if you need to change the frequency, it is easily done. I love that as a family we are contributing to helping the environment, plus helping a growing company.

Always arrive on time and I'm kept informed in advance so that payments never creep up on me. Excellent paper too, it never breaks or crumbles like most similarly priced alternatives and it's a bonus not to ever have to think about shopping for toilet paper seeing as my orders always arrive on schedule.

This was our second delivery from Serious. Very good service and delivery. Toilet tissue is excellent as is the kitchen roll. The standard tissues are excellent quality and do not disintegrate as most brands do. The only criticism is the size of the tissues - they are a bit small in area and the boxes are quite small. We might give those a miss next time.

I have been using serious tissue recycled toilet paper for a few years. A box lasts us just over a year (only 2 of us) The rolls arrive in a strong recyclable cardboard box &delivery is always on time &delivered with care. The paper is strong & each roll lasts.

Toilet rolls made in Britain from recycled paper waste produced in Britain. What could be better?! No bleaches used, decent sized rolls, decent quality. Subscription easily set up too. Good for the planet and great for...their intended use 🤭

We really like the ethos of the company and the fact is made in the UK. Quality is good and so was the packaging and delivery Hubby says the paper is not as soft on his bum as our previous brand but more than happy to keep using it.

So pleased I found this company. The service and delivery was fast and helpful. Some reviews caused me to hesitate but I thought I would try anyway. I would compare the texture as pretty much the same as a store 'own brand' and competitively priced too, absolutely nothing like the old school paper.

I like buying toilet roll that comes from the UK isn't wrapped in plastic and is delivered. Changes of address haven't caused a problem and I alter delivery date to suit usage. The company is sound!

Using a perfectly good bamboo tissue but wishing to reduce 'water usage' footprint of my goods. Ordered this, it arrived safely, just gone into use. It does seem quite firm, doesn't feel like 3 ply but is as effective as previous. I like it a lot and will be using for some time to ensure satisfied withthe product and pricing.

Ordering was easy, prices was reasonable and delivery was prompt. Packaging minimal and recyclable or home compostable. Product is sturdy and quite soft to use. Comes with an inner ethical glow! Debbie:-)

We ordered a box of the kitchen and toilet rolls and they arrived the following day! Have used Serious Tissues quite a few times - the service is always reliable/prompt and we think the toilet roll sheets seem even better quality.
