Your company allowed an auto-renew, which I do not recognize on purchase. To be honest, I have not tried your product and now I have 4 bags that I hopefully can tolerate. Let’s stop trolling people into the purchase before they even had a moment to try it. Menopause and peri-menopause is an actual point of suffering, we are often limited by medicine and you are exploiting.

The product might be okay, nothing to rave about, but the sales process tricked me into a subscription somehow. Never meant to order a subscription for a product I'd never tried—why would I? The box must have been checked for me because I definitely didn't check it. Shady business practices are bad for business. Period. Whether I like your product or not I will never order from this brand again.

Had terrible heartburn after taking.... started with 1 then up to 2. as soon as 2 had heartburn for 3 days before it went away (after stopping the pill). was the only change in my diet.

Couldn't tell any difference. The website advertised buy one get one free for Christmas and I ordered 2. Only 2 showed up and no free ones. For the cost and no results this was a waste of $100.

30 days from order to delivery is a bit excessive, I also never received the digital book, Too soon to tell if I'm experiencing results from the product as of yet.

The delivery time is not ideal taking 30 days to arrive from the time of the order. It's been 2 weeks since It arrived soy's not sure how well it's working.

Have wasted my time with 4 emails, and you have sent 3 emails saying the mystery gift and ebook are on the way. Poor customer service and won’t deal with this company anymore.

I never wanted a subscription and I tried to cancel it through shop my and they still found a way to charge me and send me Product!!!!!! I total waste of money because it’s been a HUGE waste of time trying to unravel this stupid membership

You make it almost impossible to cancel my subscription I must have probably eight bags of your product that I can't even possibly enjoy and by the way I am on Medicare I don't have the extra money to spend and I do not know how I can cancel my subscription I promise you I even give your product away but I can't afford you anymore so please help me

It was not clear to me that you could not be drinking alcohol and using this product at the same time. Consequently, after reading the label, I have not used any of them.

It took 3 weeks to get my order I thought I got scammed, I did finally get it after I emailed customer service. But never got my mystery gift or the e-book. I’ve just started taking it so I’m not able to comment on if it’s working or not.

Nothing went wrong but for some reason my body did not feel good on this supplement . I currently take your turmeric supplement and love it . But taking the liver support made me feel sick and not right s zi do not take it

I now have no gall bladder and this is amazing product and i have had issues with my liver.

I am using it daily. Not sure yet if it’s having any effect but will keep at it. Delivery was good and faster than expected, which was a bonus as I have bought things like this from other vendors which have never arrived or been nothing like advertised. This however is exactly as advertised and delivered promptly.

I have written to you several times to ask that you stop sending me your product. I have tried to cancel a "subscription" that I assumed was a one-time purchase. No one has gotten back to me so I have cancelled my credit card instead. It is amazing to me that you do have a customer friendly way to resolve this kind of a problem.
