The correspondence was excellent! All details were taken care of no matter how many times I messaged about another. I was informed of the initial time frame so I was not upset that it took a while to see the first round. Each fix after that was done on reasonable time. My son was beyond thrilled when he opened it! I bought this as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. One of the things we bonded over was Bob's Burgers. It's one of our favorite shows and the one we can watch over and over again. When she unwrapped it, the joy on her face was unlike anything else. The quality of the picture and how well they captured our likenesses was outstanding. I enjoy the art work, but the time expectations were off from the start. First, 14 days for an artist to get in touch turned into 18 days...only after I emailed to find out what was going on.
