Even had the image redone. Looks like they’ve just got an AI to do the order, looks nothing like either of us even after the helpful customer service team got the ‘artist’ to fix it. Very disappointing for an Australian customer who spent double what Americans do to get something id rather forget I ever ordered than print and hang in our family home.

The final result is really nice, but I was honestly quite disappointed with the entire experience. I had to ask for couple changes and I had to literally write the same things twice, or emphasize things that were very clearly visible in our photos. Since every review I read said that the artists are paying so much attention to details I didn't expect that to be a problem. In the end I accepted the picture that still wasn't perfect to me just to finally receive a birthday gift that I didn't manag...
