I was very excited about this but the final product doesn’t look like us. I gave descriptions of our physical appearance and I receive two random looking people. At least we got our names on top of it so it’s showing it’s us but does not look like us. Very unsatisfied since it’s was very expensive.

The final result is really nice, but I was honestly quite disappointed with the entire experience. I had to ask for a couple changes and I had to literally write the same things twice, or emphasize things that were very clearly visible in our photos. Since every review I read said that artists are paying so much attention to details I didn't expect that to be a problem. In the end I accepted the picture that still wasn't perfect to me just to finally receive a birthday gift that I didn't manage ...
