The Tear-Free Eye Wipes, which we used on our 3-week-old newborn under the assurance that it was safe for baby skin.
Unfortunately, after using the wipes as directed, our baby experienced an alarming reaction. The product caused visible burns to the bridge and sides of her nose, followed by a rash that persisted for three distressing days. We were forced to take her to the emergency department, where she was prescribed an antibiotic ointment to help heal the affected areas.

I bought 2 of the jelly wipes pouches and was so excited. Needless to say, I was so disappointed and frustrated on receiving then to find they don't fully zip. I thought maybe it's just 1 faulty one but they both do that! Design flaw - the gap means the wipes just dry out in record time.
