Still getting use to the pan. I currently have two well seasoned Matfer pans. And your cooks differently. Hence why I'm still getting use to it. And why no pictures. I've doing eggs in it lately. A little more seasoning and cooking on it, then it will be my go to pan.

The thing severely warped the second time I used it because it was over medium high, induction heat. After it cooled it returned to “almost flat”, there still is a slight bow to the bottom of the pan. Was only after this happened that I went to their web page and read the “do’s and don’ts”, that warned against to high a heat. This information did not come with the pan itself, instead I got a glossy printed card with a baked eggs recipe. How do they not include information that you might ruin the...
