More details on the items would be nice. I purchased a 25’ xtra heavy duty flag pole and guess was naive thinking it would be a 1 piece pole. No where was I able to see it was multiple sections and that they tapered down as they extended. I would have paused my purchase until further research if that was evident. Still very happy with purchase so far. Go USA!!!!!

The tube package my pole was shipped in was open and the pole was damaged. Customer service send another pole to replace it. The tube package was open too. The white end caps do not fit right. They taped them on put they just fell inside of the tube so the 2nd pole tube arrived open 1 piece of tape on each end and the 2 white end caps inside the tube.

The flagpole does not come with a flagpole topper it was not very clear when we ordered it. Installation was put on hold until we received the flagpole topper. The topper should be included in each order to prevent this from happening as we had to push back our flagpole dedication ceremony for an item that was under a hundred bucks.
