Shipping: Ordered on 9/1/2020, received on 9/5/2020. I like that I constantly received email updates from Toby's/Ninja Van on the status of my parcel. Packaging: No bubble wrap, but I have no issue with this. The band is safely stored in its box, as if it came from a Toby's store and was shipped to our place. Item: It was okay. The dumbbells (10 lb., 15 lb., 20 lb.) are just what I need for workout from home sessions. I'm also glad that the service personnel at the dispatching section are efficient and courteous.

This treadmill does exactly what the online reviews said it would. It was easy (although a bit heavy) to assemble and once built is very sturdy. The cost was more than I really wanted to pay, but so far, it is proving worth the investment. Very easy to operate, and the only issue I have is the lack of an adequate fan (for which I substitute a stand fan).
