Confirmation and Delivery took 2 weeks, need to follow up every day to have an update, only to find out the stock/item is not ok for delivery. But I also received notification that the item is ready for delivery which make me got confused about the real status of my Order.

Great! The item was available for delivery after a day. I also ordered another item that was already out of stock (showed available sue to some website glitch as per the csr) but was already payed and the refund was immensely quick. Kudos to Melit, the costumer service rep who contacted me and for processing the refund. Melit also tried checking for other branches if they have the size I ordered. Thanks again Melit.

Had a bad experience with XDE. Ordered and paid for my item Nov24. Delivered Dec11. Took so long,the fact that I am only located in Pasig. Each time I ask for an update, they cannot give exact delivery date. They Even told Toby's that my item cannot be delivered since they are still locating it. Wondering why they can't locate it while in their last update,it was already in Tipas warehouse.Such a hassle. Toby's cs agents namely Lyra&Eri were accommodating and helpful.

Very nice pair. Excellent quality with a low price. Perfect for daily tasks and running. Feels barefoot and fits a little tight but does not hurt the feet. You may get your true size even if you have a little wide feet like me.

I love the way it feels to the feet..however i wasnt able to use it in an actual game yet 😊however, when it comes to the delivery timeline.. It was superb!!! Fast delivery!!

The item was purchased as a gift so I can not give a feedback on the item per se. But with regards to Toby's as an online seller of original Nike shoes, I would give them 2 thumbs up. I bought these pair of Clifton 6s as a long run/junk miles training partner for my Rincons. They are actually similar for me except that the first has more cushion and upper padding hence the almost 40g weight difference. Nevertheless I have ran around 300km+ with them with the longest one a sub-2.5 hour half-marathon without much issues. Also thanks to Toby's for the free water bottle! I used with the bike rides as it is the perfect companion :-)

The item is... as expected, wonderful. The delivery time tho is abysmal. It sat in your courrier's office for an unreasonably loooong time. Change you courrier or you'll end up with tons of cancelled orders.

Beautiful quality. Just hope next time, I would be given actual updates on the item delivery as indicated in the receipt thru text/e-mail, rather than have me guessing when the item arrives (or wondering IF it ever arrives!). Nonetheless, item is of really good quality, as expected from Toby's ;)
