Slow shipping, difficult delivery, the shoes are advertised as 8cm but only 7cm, the insoles are way too thick; I had to add padding from the middle of my foot to the toes to avoid walking on my toes.

What I received is a regular shoe with a specially thick insole. Unfortunately, I have to say that with this thick insole, (see photo) the heel doesn't fit properly into the shoe anymore. So that it is not possible to walk a minute without heel pain. The shoe itself is great. I'll buy a regular insole and wear the shoes just normally.

Honestly, I like these shoes, but the size 42.5 I bought is still too tight on my feet, maybe I will reorder in size 43 so that it is looser and doesn't hurt my toes.
