They say 8cm boost however the height ground to inner is only 5cm, then you lose around 1cm from compression when you wear them so it's a 4cm boost, half that claimed (you cannot put in any extra inner your feet will slip out). So disappointed in that regard considering they were bought for the boost, however as a shoe they are very comfortable. The sole is rather hard when new but once worn in they are SUPER grippy.
