I saw this necklace on-line but it was sold out. It really spoke to me so I called the company to see if I could be notified when/if it came back in stock. I spoke to a live person, explained how I needed the necklace (LOL) and she said she would research. She called back the next day. They had the pieces available so had made me the necklace! Talk about service! I ordered and love it.

I really like this necklace. I love the personalized design, it was sent to me very quickly, and I was impressed by that. The one thing that made me give it one less star is the 2 letters, A and H, represent my children’s names did not match the art deco style letter of my last name (the W). I really liked the the deco style pictured with the necklace on the site, and I would have preferred the letters to all be the same style as shown.

While I love the Cleo earrings that I saw on your website that I ordered that's not the way they came. One of them is seriously flawed. The petals are bent up instead of rounded down like the other earring! I have called and left messages twice and have gotten no response and I'm really upset that this matters not being taken care of for me as I have bought other earrings from Elizabeth Cole but will buy no more until this matter is rectified. The cross pendant is bigger than I expected but just love it. The best is you can customize the length with the closure. I feel like so many brands miss that.
