I contacted Elizabeth Cole customer service when I lost a small pearl from my Beautiful Mateo earrings purchased in 2020. They immediately contacted me-sent a prepaid shipping label and replaced the pearl free of charge. If this is not fabulous enough-the turn around time was less than 10 days. Love love love this quality brand!
