Toby is a rescue bunny who now loves his hay after a previously pellet based diet. He has the Timothy blend in his box but delights in laying in a bed of meadow hay. I am regular customer and find the quality of the hay really consistently good.

Buddy and Belle love their soft cut Timothy hay but only from Haybox? We have been using them for over 2 years now and they genuinely turn their nose up to any other hay! This can be frustrating if I on occasion run out however Haybox also have the speediest delivery so the buns never starve!! Thank you!🐰🐰

This was such a good purchase. I really wasn’t sure at first as they’ve had similar ones from amazon and just were not that keen. This is much larger, softer and you can just feel the quality difference. It’s on the expensive side and I had to physically remove it from my two as they would not stop eating it! Really great boredom breaker and a safe one! 🙂

Excellent hay! Switched from Science Selective after NINE bags had either mites or plastic netting in them. Been using Hay Box for a few months, and it's always great quality, no issues, and I love the ecofriendly cardboard packaging. The price is also great - we've gone from spending £100 a month on hay (and having to throw out entire bags because of hazards) to just £50 for three buns.

My two bunnies absolutely love this hay. They come bounding over as soon as i open their door with a bucket full of fresh hay. I was advised by my vet to feed my male bunny course cut hay to help with his teeth. He hasn’t had to have any more treatment since using this hay ❤️

My Vet recommended I order this taster pack to see which cut might be best for Elvis... what a great idea.. It can be very annoying (I have two dogs too so same applies to them) when you have to buy a big pack of something only to learn they don't like it. Great service, hay arrived very quickly and was packaged with care. So far Elvis seems to like all 4 varieties so must be good!

Was worried as I had read reviews about the product being dusty and it was being sent in new plastic packaging. The hay was perfect and although it was sent in plastic packaging I think I prefer it as it takes up a lot less space. It’s sent in a box too so you could empty it out. Bonus was they were out of 2.5 and sent 5kg instead.

The hay we receive is always of brilliant quality. Our furry friends always rush to munch on it when their hay feeder is topped up. Merlin lost his companion at the start of the week so we have also repurposed our old box into a dig box to help keep him busy and happy. He always enjoys re-using the boxes!

Wow is all I can say! I’ve had issues with a previous hay I was using, and my bunnies are so fussy and wouldn’t eat anything else. I had the taster box of Timothy/meadow hay, and they scoffed it all down straight away! Wow!!! Thank you so much. I ordered the taster box and my bunnies scoffed it straight away. My 15kg order arrived a couple of days ago, and my very fussy bunnies are eating every bit, and their poos have turned golden again, after being very dark from a previous brand hay I’d used. My two are seriously fussy eaters so when I came across hay box and trialled the Timothy and meadow hay to my delight they can’t get enough! To the point where I’ve now had to shorten the gaps in between deliveries! Also the root nibbles disappear in seconds!! Nice work HayBox!

We don’t ever get hay from anywhere else now! The value for money is fantastic we think, for our two girls (guinea pigs) we order a 5kg timothy hay box which lasts about 6-7 weeks. They utterly love it. It’s such good quality, it smells fantastic and we honestly don’t go anywhere else for our hay now - never will we buy hay from the pet shop again, seeing how much our girls love this is amazing. They also love the little herby bags too as a treat!

Both are premium in quality, we go for the Timothy though as my piggies love the ‘fluffy’ bits (don’t know the name lol) and I find it more coarse so great for their teeth!

Amazing quality and far more cost effective than buying from a pet shop. Holly and Martin are obsessed with the Timothy hay - I've never seen hay so green! While they don't consider the Meadow hay to be quite as tasty as the Timothy, we use it as bedding and in their litter trays, and they will still happily nibble on it. May have to increase our orders as they get through it so fast! Highly recommended.

Wasnt sure which hay Cotton would prefer as she wolfed her taster pack. This hay is so fresh. The Timothy Hay smells wonderful to me and I'm not a rabbit! Cotton certainly seems to be preferring that although the Meadow Hay is also excellent quality. Will probably switch our subscription to Timothy Hay for a few months though as that is certainly the big hit with my little bun!

Simba and Oreo can’t believe the difference in the quality of their hay! They’ve munched their way through so much more hay than they usually do. Definitely will stick to Haybox from now on!
