Finally got round to making the Feb boys box. I did the sleeves in the same pattern as the fronts and back as I wasn't keen on stocking stitch sleeves. Think it turned out lovely

This is my first knit in a box project - I’m sure it won’t be my last! Progress is a little slow, as cable pattern requires concentration! I’ve watched a few Youtube videos for guidance on doing the cable stitches so the pattern is slowly starting to make sense! Enjoying the experience so far!

A lovely pattern and really pleased with the result. I didn’t cast off the stitches when I finished the back but put them onto a holding needle to save me picking them all up again when I did the neckband.

Another fantastic special edition box!! I love that knit in a box support breast cancer charity and each year they do something with our boxes to help raise awareness. This one they got behind west yorkshire spinners new yarn future dreams to knit/crochet flowers for a big display in London. Ive made 2 and sent them off. You never quite know what you going to get in each box which makes this so unique. This August box really tested my knitting knowledge but im so glad it did. Ive never done so much lace detail, i did adjust the pattern to suit me, which is the best thing about these boxes you can change to suit you. The pattern was easy to knit and was simple to adjust the stitches when decreasing and increasing once you didn’t need to follow the pattern. Plenty of yarn left over and the bag is great.
