This is the second emotion rug that I have bought. They are so soft and it looks beautiful in the family room and bedroom.

This rug has a gorgeous colour and texture. It is true to the photo on the site. I only wish I had ordered a larger size.

Happy with my purchase. Looks great, feels nice, and exactly what I was looking for. Love the range to choose from so I'd happily purchase through iconic again. Although it was processed and shipped quickly, I would suggest using a different shipping provider as they are not very good.

The colours in this rug are just right, matches my living room perfectly! It feels soft underfoot even though the pile isn't that high.

Very happy with the size & quality of the rug. A little disappointed with the actual colours but they are ok & when you’re buying online you have to accept that the colours of things will vary a bit. All in all very satisfied & delivery was nice & quick. Thanks iconic rugs

The rugs (I bought three) for different areas. The Blue Illusion design rug is both subtle and pleasing to the eye. It does not make a huge statement; it does not have to. The beauty is in its subtlety and washed-out appearance. The theme of this design reminds me of the great Impressionist painters and their beautifully muted colors which feature in some of their great works.

Never received it. Was lost in transit according to the courier and after multiple efforts to get a response from Iconic Rugs who never answered emails or phone calls. I am left $763 out of pocket. I’m sure the rug would have looked great if I had received it but I’m very very disappointed in this company. Buyer beware!!!!

Beautiful looking rug and amazing quality!

Delivery system was very bad. We were advised that delivery was about an hour away. We stayed in and alert for the buzzer. But it did not happen. Fortunately we found the rug left unsecured where anyone on the street could see it and take it. The rug fits perfectly in the space needed. However the carpet is nylon and not very nice. However I guess it is good value for $350.
