I got this as a gift to my 11-year-old daughter. She wore it just after she unboxed it and then when she was fixing it on her neck, it got snapped near the clasp. The end of the clasp got stuck in the small opening of the pinwheel pendant and I think she pulled it harder the small ring connector gave way.
