One of the maps had a one-off issue during the design phase that I didn’t catch at the time of the preview before sending to production. When I noticed it serval weeks after delivery when we finally got around to hanging them, I reached out and had a response and confirmation that a new map was being sent within 15 minutes. Well worth the money! What impressed me most was the communication of the business b/c they want to make sure you know exactly what you are buying. I accidentally selected unframed but wanted framed, they texted me and emailed me to make sure I didn’t want the frame. I’m so thankful they were persistent b/c it would have been triple the price to have fixed my mistake. Also, I ended up changing the “key” I had too many words and I ended up making it more simple.

I love my map!!! And the customer service is superior. UPS had my map out for delivery and then returned it to sender. Come to find out UPS had damaged it and returned it to Sentigrams. I reached out to customer service and they were amazing!! Got my new map printed and even added a free set of pins for the inconvenience, even though it wasn’t their fault. 100% recommend!!
