This ALWAYS happens. I ordered five items, and this is the one I desired most. As I awaited delivery, this jacket was ever-present in my mind. I absolutely LOVE the other four items, and I only kinda like this one. I expected it to be more substantial, bulky, plush. Instead, it is paper-thin and flimsy. I'm not saying it's poor quality, I'm just saying it looks much more plush in the pictures and plush is what I was looking for.
