This is my first grinder and was quite unsure if I’ve made the right choice to purchase DF54. After a recommendation from a friend and several videos on youtube, I decided to buy and well, most important the coffee taste way better. The grinder is easy to use and did a great job to pull an expresso. I feel like an expert every time i do that!Haha!

Was advised by Cowpresso to try this medium dark roast. It is just right. I tried Nanyang their dark roast the last round but felt it was a little bitter that overtook the other notes. I will stick with this for a bit until I feel like a change.

Staff (sorry didn’t get your name 😅) was super accommodating to the timing! Went into the session on the fence about the Lelit Bianca but came out of the session convinced about it. She really took the time to understand what I needed in a machine and thoughtfully presented different options and even tips on how to run a coffee cart. She also provided some options on grinders for different kinds of usage. Really great experience overall. Thank you :)

Brought the espresso machine and grinder from Cowpresso! Overall experience with Cowpresso is very good so far, received a demo session at their cafe, and opt in for the 1 hour teaching session during delivery, both are very good and informative! On a side note, like their beans also, the Nanyang Kopi and Golden Cup!

The fragrance of the coffee beans greeted me immediately when I opened the airtight bag. It was not over roasted and I don't see much fragments which i have seen from some other brands. The taste of the beans is not too acidic with a hint of berries. I absolutely love it. Will try other beans in my next purchase.

I usually can’t really tell beans apart by their flavour notes but when I grinded these, I could really smell the hazelnuts and the chocolate notes. Pretty amazing. These are not acid tasting at all. I really enjoyed them in latte.

This is our staple and we’ve been ordering the 250g fresh beans packet bi-weekly for the past few months. It’s a nice medium balance of tasty dark chocolate and bitterness, very easy to drink and pleasant on the palette! We have it twice a day at home and love it. Highly recommend to all home coffee brewing lovers who wants both a “wake up” kick & delicious taste!

The DF64 gen2 is very easy to use, but the dial is a little difficult to turn. Needs effort to turn but hopefully it will be much easier after using a little longer. Another issue is that the dosing cup is not the same as shown in the advertised pictures in Lazada (misleading to the actual product intension). And also the Allen key is missing from the box delivered.

I've caught the home barista virus in 2019 and had the chance to taste several blends since, in Singapore but also in Europe where I spend a third of my days. After purchasing my second Lelit Bianca (I have my 1st one in Europe) from Cowspresso, I tried their Gold Cup blend, and I have to admit that it perfectly fits my taste profile as it works both with milk and pure espresso drinks. I'm definitely sticking with this blend for the foreseeable future!

Moved on to the other choices from a while ago and decided to return to it. Well, I’ve forgotten how good this nice-price beans are. I love the intense flavour it gives to a single shot espresso, that the flavour holds at the base of your palate, a pleasant nutty sweet note that lingers. I also like brews that has a nice thickness and head when flowing out othe portafilter. Same thing next time please!
