I was asked by Cowpresso to try Nanyang Kopi when I consulted them on my inability to achieve a good crema with the other beans. This is the only dark roast on the Cowpresso beans menu. As a dark roast, it certainly produced a cremier extraction than the other medium roast beans. The crema is what I was looking for. So all good on that front.
