This is my second time buying this bean. It is slowly becoming my absolute favorite bean for flat whites. I usually prefer straight espresso or drip, but this bean really brings out a special flavor when served with oat milk. It doesn't fall into the background, but actually gets enhanced. Wish it were available more regularly.

Love it. Because I don't own an espresso machine or heat the milk jug in the microwave, I am able to heat my milk cleanly on my hotplate stove and then use the nanofoamer to milk foam. I use nespresso capsules so this is a real treat and small setup!

Have go through some research on few brands of espresso machine. Best machine you will never regret. Thanks lin for the help on giving me some knowledge on that. Fast delivery and incredible machine that gives you endless fun on coffee extraction. Recommend cowpresso coffee if you need lelit espresso machine and grinder.

First time trying a fruity bean as I prefer chocolaty coffee. I ground it fairly fine at #13 on my DF64 with SSP Espresso burrs, 17.5g in and 38g out. The aroma and crema was impressive, I could smell the florals and taste the lychee which lingered. Lin had suggested that I try it cold so I pulled another over ice and it was a whole new and different drink, a bit more citrusy notes and I’m sure I smell a hint of Mo Sang Wang🤣 every time I bring the cup to my mouth😜. Lovely.

This is my espresso with feeble attempt at latte art, but normally we drink the Cowpresso Blue Mountain as a V60 which is really very good and I'd probably recommend that instead. It has a malty, chocolatey classic coffee taste, very smooth, lately I've been tasting a little bit of fruit also. My wife really prefers BM over PNG, Ethiopian, etc and I also like it

I don't know what magic the team at Cowpresso has performed...this does remind me of "kopi" despite that Arabica beans are used and roasting them neither with sugar nor margarine. A product I'll purchase again :D
