Bought this mug for my Mum who babysits and takes care of my boy quite often. I didn't submit a photo, I just selected from the pre-available options as one was already a great likeness! (See photo).
Insofar as the mug itself; it's a simple but very well manufactured porcelain mug, but the message and imagine on it are crafted into the cup so well that they won't be fading, peeling or scratching when it's washed... which is brilliant, as it'll last the lifetime of the mug!

I was a bit dubious at first ,but, soon as I saw the print it is absolutely beautiful, it’s exactly Sacha and the colours surrounding her just compliment her colour perfectly. Absolutely love this picture of my cats, Bertie and Brady. The finished artwork is beautiful and captures them both wonderfully. We sadly lost Brady in 2024, so having this made with the two of them together means more to us than I can put into words. It’s a lovely tribute to Brady and a special reminder of the two brothers together. It now has pride of place on our wall, and I couldn’t be happier with it.

VERY happy with the results and I have literally just ordered a frame for the A2 sized picture of our boy. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a keepsake picture of their puppy as it comes printed on very durable plastic and the colours really pop. Ignore the objects at the bottom of my photo - I used a couple of objects just to weigh it down for the picture I took.

I got a picture of Rolo for my son-in-law and he was thrilled to bits with it, the only thing I would say is check you have your picture positioned properly i cut off the top of Rolo's ears my mistake not there's and I didn't notice until the end of my purchase, other than that it was very easy to order the price was great and it came really quickly in time for his birthday, we love it ❤️
