This small but mighty humidifier is great for our guests when they come by to visit. Since we live in a dry desert area, a humidifier is necessary. Whoever uses a humidifier is very impressed by the compact size that has a great output of mist to provide the necessary humidity. Love Carepod and we’re definitely happy with our purchases!

Didn’t work when I initially received the humidifier. Got through the warranty process which was a little clunky but they knew what was wrong, sent a new white wand and it worked perfectly.

I would like to give it 4 stars but not sure it's fair because the issue is I'm too poor to buy the bigger one. 😆 I like everything about this and the concept of how it works is really good for not producing mold. Overall really like the humidifier. I would add that it does use a ton of water but this is coming from someone that used to use a high powered diffuser as a humidifier which probably did close to nothing. Also I do wish the oscillator went to the very bottom of the tank cause there is a good amount of water left after the humidifier signals it’s out of water.

We liked our first mini Carepod so much, we just bought another for our guest room. They’re a perfect size for a bedroom. The 3 mist options let me adjust depending on the humidity, and of course it’s best feature- easy to clean! I’ve had to toss numerous humidifiers over the years due to hidden or visible mold, but the design seems made to deter mold. I can quickly & easily clean, reassemble & get it back working again. This humidifier is wonderful. Once you learn the different levels of humidity it puts out and the timer button.... You understand what is best for your home! I had it on the highest level and did not use the timer when I first received it, and realized it was too much humidity for my home. I reread the instructions and now it is PERFECT for me!! The main reason that I bought this Carepod is the same reason I LOVE it. The stainless steel inner tank is so easy to remove and clean; same with the wand! Most other humidifiers I’ve had in the past get pink growth on them even after one use. I have not had that issue with Carepod. I love that you can do cool and warm mist, and it successfully humidifies large rooms. Definitely worth the $

I'm happy with my purchase! The carepod is very easy to clean, which was my primary reason for purchasing it. The only complaint I have is that it's louder than I expected. I saw people mention the dripping sound and that doesn't bother me, but it also whirs louder than I thought it would. I've mostly gotten used to it and will continue using it.

The Carepod is a fantastic humidifier! Very easy to fill and clean. Cleaning was my biggest concern and it is really easy! I would’ve given it five stars, but it seems to collect a little bit of water underneath the water holding pot. That is easy to wipe up whenever I refill. They have directions on how to address that issue, which don’t seem to make any change in mine. Most humidifiers grow mold in all the cracks and crevices and this one has none! I just wish they were a little bit less mone...

I was most impressed by the ease of cleaning of this unit as well as the output and heat, and sanitizing options! I’ve had two other humidifiers in the past (Honeywell and Bionare), and this outperforms both easily and SO much easier to keep clean and refill. For both other ones, I had to remove a plastic tank, take it to the bathtub to fill, then heavily slosh my way back to the unit. With the Carepod, I can just used the filtered water pitcher from my refrigerator!

The humidifier is exactly as advertised—simple and easy to clean, which is a big plus for me. I also appreciate how user-friendly it is, with no complicated parts or hard-to-reach places.
However, there are a few improvements that could make the product even better. First, it would be helpful if there was a way to check the water level without needing to open the top. Being able to see how much water is left would save time and avoid unnecessary refills.

Love this humidifier! It’s great next to the bed for these dry winter nights. I love the look and how easy it is to clean. My other humidifier is all gunked up and can’t be cleaned. The only issue I have with this one is the handle. With the pitcher design instinctually want to pick it up by the pitcher handle but that just pops the top off. It would be so much more convenient to carry this way rather than by the base. Fix this design flaw and I’d give it a 5+ star.
