A bit fiddly to 1st get on small hook of necklace but once on that's it. Magnetic clasp is strong & so easy to use. Only thing I find is clasp is heavy so with a light weight necklace it pulls it up so ends up more of a choker. Have put 2 necklaces on 1 clasp & seems to be better. Like that they are gold covered so should not tarnish with contact with skin

Disappointed to put it mildly, a shame as it means I will NOT EVER. order anything from them again. Also WOULD NOT recommend to anyone. Problem could have been easily dealt with but was not addressed.
