Came across this lovely brand as I was researching good coffee with little impact on the environment. Now this brew meets it all. Great flavours, lovely smell of freshly ground beans and good care of the planet we take it from.

I used to think that I could tell when I am drinking decaf coffee, now I am not so sure. This tastes smooth and full of flavour. I add foamed soya milk which works well. I would really recommend, plus it is a bonus for wildlife!

I love birds and nature and I was so happy to discover Bird & Wild coffee which supports biodiversity and helps birds and nature to thrive. The espresso coffee beans are delicious! Strong and smooth and makes the perfect start to a morning coffee on a relaxing summer holiday, spent in nature.

Really delicious. I usually order the espresso beans, but my husband is trying to improve his sleep, so we tried the decaf. It's the best decaf I've ever tasted. People always say, "You won't know the difference." This is the first time I really couldn't tell. And perfect al fresco on a sunny morning.

I love that Bird & Wild is ethical on every level - particularly that its coffee is shade-grown. I also love the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee, but wouldn't feel happy drinking anything that was contributing to biodiversity loss. Plus Bird & Wild tastes fab.

Great coffee and good to know they’re going above and beyond to support people, wildlife and habitats. That includes fully recyclable packaging which must have been a challenge with the valve. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been drinking Bird & Wild filter coffee for a little while and recently discovered that they also sell coffee bags. For the first time ever I can rely on getting the same consistent cup of coffee whether or not I’m in a hurry!

I didn't really appreciate the difference in coffee types before taking a chance on this bespoke Company. Now I can't envisage drinking any other brand. AND its wonderful to know that in some small, but regular way I'm helping the birds too. Thank you.

I like instant coffee, I know that's basically blasphemy for coffee people but I've tried grinding my own beans, using filters and it's great but takes too long for me. This is the best instant coffee I've ever had. No special preparation needed and it tastes creamier, less acidic and sweeter than any other instant coffee I've ever had. That and it's shade grown, fair trade, the farmers are paid properly, it's almost too good to be true! I will recommend this coffee to everyone.

Very happy that I can enjoy my instant coffee while helping the birds at the same time. I worried that this might be too strong for me. But it's mild enough that I can drink it any time during the day instead of limiting myself to the morning. I'm in the U.S so postage makes it expensive but I justify it as my contribution to Mother Nature.

I loved my old coffee but I wanted to be buying coffee which is more ethical and less harmful to the environment. So glad I found Bird & Wild coffee beans and I like the taste even more than the old one. Good to know my purchase is going to such a great company. Good delivery service too.

Great to know that there is a company out there thinking truly ethically when it comes the process of making coffee. And donating to RSPB makes it even better. The coffee tastes great too. Hopefully lots of the high street coffee shops will start using this brand so those of us who care about the wider environment feel we can buy coffee relatively guilt free.

Really lovely cup of coffee which is not only organic and fairtrade but also protects our lovely birds. The delivery was efficient and the whole process easy with a helpful guide about the coffee and the ethics behind it.

We always and only buy the dark roast beans from Bird and Wild, knowing that we love the flavour and that we're contributing to RSPB work through any sales and donations that the company make. It's really the best brew when you hand grind these beans.

The best instant coffee I've ever had! I've not tried any of the beans yet but without even trying you get a great, smooth, delicious coffee with this instant variety. Not only that but Bird & Wild are the ONLY brand of coffee that I've found in the UK thay are shade grown, ethical and seem to actually give a damn about their impact on the world. I'll never drink any other variety of coffee.

I make my coffee in an enamel pot on the stove-top. First I grind, then I cook over a low heat, then I drink! I feel great about drinking Bird and Wild coffee beans, because they’re shade-grown, organic, and give back to the environment through the protection of birds. I believe that Bird and Wild are a really ethical company, and their coffee tastes absolutely great!

This coffee has been the find of 2025 so far. The taste is sensational, strong but not harsh. But it was the ethical nature of this company and the coffee production was what attracted me in the first place. My early morning espresso tastes even better now.

Great coffee for those of who love the dark roasts in life. Worth trying it in a range of brewing methods, aero press the smoothest but great in a Mokka pot too. We are really pleased to have found a coffee that as well as being Fair Trade, looking after the welfare of workers, it looks after wildlife and birds too. What is not to like about that. Excellent in every way. Delicious and values-driven. Finding Bird & Wild led to me researching the environmental impact of coffee production & discovering the importance of shade grown coffee I am so pleased to be buying coffee that is environmentally sustainable and which protects the rain forest for birds & animals. The donation to the RSPB is a further reason to continue buying from bird & wild. I will be passing on the message to every coffee drinker I know.

The medium roast is a lovely coffee. It works nicely with short brews like espresso and longer drinks like americano. We often mix the beans 50-50 with Bird & Wild's decaff beans to make a half-caff drink: perfect as a little pick-me-up without tanking up on caffeine too much. Ideal product, we've been buying it for years and will continue to! Thanks!

We've been buying Bird and Wild coffee for all our coffee consumption at home for a few years now. Just about to place another order to keep us topped up and add support to the RSPB through the sales donations. Our favourite is the Dark Roast Whole Bean, which we buy in 1kg bags!

Just love it when a great-tasting product also has great ethics: delicious coffee, it's fair trade, it's organic AND it supports birds both at home and on migration. So that's win-win-win-win-win! :)

This is an amazing coffee with great ethos. I’m not Nero’s customer anymore and I support RSPB in two ways now. And let’s not forget excellent customer service with swift deliveries.

This is hands down the best coffee we've tasted. Organic dark roast is heavenly. We've tried loads of coffees and this is smooth, rich and unforgettable. That our purchase supports bird life is wonderful. Bird and Wild is our favourite.

My fav coffee- Flavour is good especially where I prefer black coffee so this is important to me! I love having the option to have it delivered every few weeks as it ensures I am well stocked. My household and colleagues also say it is a nice flavoured coffee! Would totally recommend!

We’ve been drinking a pricey and great coffee based on a street off Seven Dials in London for many years. Recently, we’ve become more aware of shade grown coffee and we believe this is a better practice - for many reasons. I came across Bird & Wild whilst on the search for a decaffeinated coffee that was organic and also decaffeinated through SWP. Not only is it both of these things, it also tastes amazing! When I first opened the package it smelled delightful and I thought it wouldn’t taste as good- it does! I’ve tried decaffeinated coffee that has no taste, but Bird & Wild has the sort of strength that you would expect from a caffeinated one. It did not disappoint and I will 100% be re-purchasing 😊

Call me boring but I like the way my day starts with a cafetière of Bird & Wild. I like to mix the seasonal blend with the espresso beans to give a deep and rich flavour that brings a happy ‘mmm’ to my morning.

Such a lovely flavour and knowing that it's water decaffeinated makes it all the more enjoyable to drink. Everyone who tastes it at my house always comments about the smooth flavour.
