The fan aloe came well-packaged. It's roots in plastic and its leaves in paper in a properly sized box that prevented them from moving around and being damaged in-transit. The plant looks healthy and seems to be doing well in its new home.

The cactus came in great condition and despite having a wind chill of 0 degrees, the warmer that it came with did a good job not to allow the plant to show signs of stress. I will definitely purchase from Lazy Garden again.

Shipping was quicker than I had anticipated. She (my new Angel Wings Cactus) needed the dirt from traveling brushed off, and she was listening to one side quiet a bit, but water and indirect light straightened her right up. You guys were exceptional I also left it on the shop app. Product was in excellent condition I live in the Texas desert and they are thriving outdoors I have them in partial shade it's right now 85° and it drops down to 39 but no signs of distress they are thriving and I gave one to a friend of mine. I will definitely be doing more business with you can't say anything bad about you guys product and service.
