Bought this for his birthday as we live in the desert and he wanted something more suited to the environment. Kudos to Hassan for his responsiveness to emails. I had ordered 9 cacti/succulents and the Fenestraria Aurantiaca | Baby Toes 4 inch, after watering, slowly went downhill & didn’t make it. He suggested in his email to me that: “ It does sometimes help to give them a bit of extra time before watering after receiving them as the mimicry plants (baby toes, lithops, split rocks) can be a bit more sensitive to shipping stress & waterings.” He very kindly sent a replacement and so far so good with th...
