I love this product! It gives me the energy I need to increase the level of my workout and helps tremendously with recovery, and the price is half of what the competitors are charging. But, if that's not good enough, the customer service I received was above and beyond.

I have recently discovered this company and am loving the powder form!! It's more tart than the competitors and I am getting great benefits. They really did it — I.AM.AMINO is BY FAR the best tasting and best mixing MAP EAA supplement out of the four brands I have tried. The price is also very competitive. The flavor is so good and the powder dissolves so well that it’s like a soft drink compared to the other brands. I can still find that signature amino acid taste (I would be suspicious if I couldn’t) but it’s barely there. I love iamamino. The only criticism I have is that it needs to be packaged in a shorter, wider tub. I've literally cut myself on the edges when the cannister gets low. I finally got smart and put it in a Tupperware bowl that makes it easier, but it would be better if I didn't have to do that. Otherwise no other complaints. Great product.

The order arrived quickly! About two days. I purchased the tablets. I was curious about the dissolution rate. Being a retired pharma chemist, I know that tightly compressed tablets may pass through the GI tract undissolved. I placed one amino tablet in a glass of "body temperature" water, checked on it ten minutes later, and found that is was definitely 50% dissolved! Got my free bottle of tablets the other day. Thank you for your generosity. I was in a situation where it just hapoened to come in handy to be able to take the tablets and not have to mess with mixing up a drink. I prefer the drink over the tablets because I love the taste, but the tablets will certainly come in handy in situations where mixing up a drink isn't so convenient. They go down easy too.

Quick shipping, but Canada brokerage fees need to be resolved, otherwise quite affordable. Tastes and mixes better than any other EAA I have tried. I'm 73, plantbased, run 70k a week and workout for 4hrs a week so I'm at risk of muscle loss. I.AM.AMINO helps me recover quickly and I am gaining strength and muscle weekly. Highly recommended.

Yes, it's worth it for the Price! BUT, it does taste pretty nasty, and its more clumpy than i expected. After a few days, i'm relatively used to it as part of my routine throughout the day. But it's not fun, and i try to get it down as quick as possible. As a vegetarian, taking up to 6 scoops a day, this is significantly more affordable. I weight train 3 x a week and have done so for a long time! Despite the regularity my recovery time was terrible! By the end of the week my legs would feel broken! To say these have made a difference is an understatement .... In the first week I didn't notice much of a difference but after consulting with the amino team: they are super helpful: with their guidance and a slight tweak to the dosage the results were basically instantaneous after my next session. Highly recommend!!!

I received my order within a few days. Honestly, delivery was lightning fast. And although I have no previous experience with amino’s, I have to say this was really tasty. I was kind of afraid of what aminos might taste like based on some of the reviews I’ve seen for other brands, but I.AM.AMINO is really good. I actually enjoyed it very much, it almost seems like a treat! And it mixes easily, and extremely well.

I.AM.AMINO tastes really good! Like I'd add it to a bottle of water for flavor good. Free shipping is a huge plus. I've taken Optimal Amino in the past and while it's a great product, the taste as well as shipping costs put it behind I.AM.AMINO imho. For most people, I.AM.AMINO and Optimal Amino will be a wash when it comes down to the bottom dollar. So that leaves us with taste, and mixability. I.AM.AMINO wins both of those categories hands down.

I tried this product on a recommendation from a friend whose partner and father lift weights. He said they rave about it and feel a difference when they're not taking it. I've only been taking it for a few weeks and haven't noticed any difference. The serving size is 5 capsules, which is a bit much but doable. The smell and taste is harsh. Maybe the powders are better?

I have been using EAA’s for a little over a year now and can definitely tell the difference.I’m 67 year old disabled Vet with a number of chronic conditions with both knees ,low back and just had reverse shoulder replacement surgery 10 weeks ago.Just beginning PT for about 15 weeks but have still been in the gym 4 days a week doing any workouts I can.Have been taking 20-30 tabs a day depending on workout day or not to help with healing from surgery.
