As a self-care blogger, I have to say I love how comprehensive this journal is. I’ve been working on it a little bit each night and I plan to take a deeper dive in January. The thirteen blank spaces for gratitude under each month has encouraged me to do a “13 days of gratitude” challenge on my social media platform.
