I love the product, it does exactly what I was hoping for. I'm tired of having to adjust my endping stop strap everytime I sit in a different chair to practice and my other puck endpin stop just slides around and soon as I start playing. The SmartStop clings to the floor as if were glued there and I can comfortably play my cello or double bass with worrying about the endpin sliding away from me. This is a great company and a great product.

It hugs the floor like a baby hugs its mama! For real, zero slippage! I use this use gorilla sized top from Eastman and is AWESOME...until you try to fing a GREAT stop that works with a cup juuuust large enough to fit it without it skipping out of the "anchor zone"! If you are a doublebassist who it tired of chasing after your bass, standing OR seated (how I play), and you don't want some belt with a plastic child's choking hazard strapped to a seatbelt that looks amateur, spend less than 30 ...

It looks a lot more purple than blue when viewed from above where I look at it. It looks more blue if you view it from the side, which is the view shown on the website. I chose it for the blue, but it's still pretty and works great.

Works amazing and the mix of colors are so fun and unique! Other rock stops slip a lot and need spit or water to keep their grip. This stop doesn’t slip but may need an occasional quick wipe off if it collects dust or dirt from a wood floor. Other than that, works like a dream and my students love using them when they come for lessons. I have two and will be getting more as gifts for my students! Thank you for a great product!

I'm a bassist. It works perfectly. As I practice at home on a wood floor the bass does not slide at all. I play standing up. In thumb position I lean the instrument back to me quite a bit. The bass stands securely on the floor without moving. There's a rubber tip on the end pin that is 1 1/4 in. diameter. The end pin with the tip fits perfectly in the SmartStop. I'm going to get one or two more to have as extras. It's a very good and well designed product.

They are THE best endpin rests available, period! As a bassist who plays seated, I was tired of using a strap-styled endpin anchor. A hassle. Other stoppers would skip and slip, so I was always chasing my bass all night. These do not slip, period. The cup is also large enough where I don't have to remove my ridiculously oversized pear-shaped rubber stopper. This new product is well worth trying if you are tired of using those awful strap endpin holders or having your end pin holder slip on a dusty floor. I especially like that you have a nice wide area in which to place your endpin so you don’t have to keep looking down to find the tiny hole! Plus.. it’s very durable so the hole doesn’t wear out. Cleans easily.. great product!
