These supplements have worked like magic for my physical and emotional wellbeing. I've actually got my energy and zest for life back which sadly had all but disappeared since I became menopausal. Almost 4 months in and I’m getting on well with this supplement. Sleep has improved but I do still wake up very early. I do go back to sleep whereas before my mind would be full of thoughts and I’d be awake for hours. Was recommended this by my nutritionalist. I have been very pleased with it generally but a little disappointed that you stopped the “ no- iron” version. Post menopausal women really don’t need any extra iron in their diets.

My 2nd 3 month supply order. I have to say, I feel so much better for it. I sleep better, and feel more like myself. Would recommend the Meno Gut—I had one month without and felt the difference. You have to be constant, but I definitely see Nu Mind forever in my future. It is expensive, yes, but worth every penny.
