Customer service very good! Had to get replacement as first was damaged in shipping. But despite recommendation to but posters in a hard cardboard tube, second poster was delivered the same as first, luckily the package was not damaged. Packaging could certainly be improved

I am giving this to my husband for his birthday at the end of May. The watercolor is a picture of our dog, Duke who we had to put down 4 years ago. Hardest thing ever! We had him since he was born and he passed at 17 years old. He was not our pet, he was family. It is still hard to this day.
