Shaver arrived as planned. Came with 85% battery life and ready to go. First cut was a week post the last razor head shave and took a a little longer than expected, I had to stop and clear the blades twice this cut, I wasn’t surprised at all. I was sent the wrong model, and have heard nothing in several days. Not sure whether the one sent is waterproof, and can be used wet or dry or not. Doesn't feel like great customer care , and will be disappointed as I wanted a wet and dry shaver
