I loved the bracelet but it fell off and broke in a week :( I didn't notice when it fell off. I guess the material is not so good for it to fall off after a week. I work an office job and don't do any sports, not sure how it broke..very sad the friendship bracelet is gone.

We booked an appt and the staff member still took three kids before us. Appt was at 12:30 and didn’t started until 1:30pm She was friendly but it was very busy, she was the only one working, seemed new staff, and got disrupted very often.
