The thing is actually pretty cool. I wired the little pump to run off my 12 V drill battery and for about an hour. I ran it with two cleanups at the 30 minute mark and it worked pretty good where I was digging. It’s a lot of flood Gold and it caught it pretty well. I just wish there was an extension that I could put on it. . I just wish there was a an extension that I could put on it so I can run longer.

Purchased the 12x47 sluice and after having great experience with the leg kit I installed on my 8x47, I had to put a set on it. Haven't been able to use it yet, but have no doubt after using the 8x47 this last fall, I will be pleased. This company has great products and even better service department. The one time I've had an issue with a product, they bent over backwards to get the problem fixed, and faster than I thought could be possible. This company is my go to!

I had this rig set up in a highbanker/2.5” dredge and had a tough time figuring the correct angle of the sluice with the volume of water and material I’m working in. I now have it set up in my floating 2.5” dredge but haven’t had it on the creek yet. I use DM’s in my other sluices and highbankers so I have not doubt how good they are and I will not use anything else.

With the problem I was having along with running old dirt I definitely wasn't looking to see anything in the mat. To my surprise the mat still found gold. I was very surprised. As far as catching the larger sizes there nothing quite like looking down and seeing those ripples full! I really like the product but not happy about the quality of 3d printed plastic. My first one I dropped on the ground and it cracked. second one arrived and wish their was one made for traveling with to claims and can standup to a little more abuse. Agasin the product and design are five star its just the quality of the plastic from 3d printing isn't up to par with the abuse this product will take.

Let me start off with I purchased the 6" folding sluice box then added the 6" hopper for high banking and pump along with milwaukee battery kit and attached it to the box. Then went out and collected some shopping bags of material (still looking for that good spot) and ran it through at home. Found some color (7) felt good then purchased the riffles but didn't have any dirt but for s!!tsand grins I ran the tailings and recovered 3 more pieces. The riffles work!

Bought a Keene Sluice and added a Combo Dream Mat. Did three buckets in both the Keene mat and Dream Mat. Nearly the same results, however the Dream Mat was much easier to clean out so I stayed with it for the next 25 buckets. Cleaned up easily and got good gold. My only comment is that the mat is heavy and doubles the weight of the sluice, but that is minor. My test used 1/2" classified material, but the rest of the buckets were just hand classified down to 1" rocks. Very happy with it so far.
