Wow! 5 Star bison raised on a local family ranch in the plains of Colorado. We bought a share and it was personally delivered within days by owner Kyle. Our first meal was a White Peaks Bison smorgasbord dinner with bison ribeyes, bison filets and bison burgers. Better than a top steak house.
